His acquisition of the net-feed droid technology was seen as a great triumph and helped propel him into numerous other business partnerships, but along the way he has left a trail of dubious deals and has made many enemies in high places.

A member of the Security Forces with a mediocre record. He has a reputation for complaining about problems rather than solving them.

Colloran Hades

(Techno Prophet, Lord)

One of the greatest Techno-Prophets of his time. His Information theories are highly regarded as both a great source of inspiration and also a great source of concern. He has foretold that through the great advances of technology mankind will excel, change his own evolution and destroy himself in the process. Many of his theories are unpopular but he is highly regarded by those who agree with his theories and also those who violently disagree.

Damen Trent

The brother of Riser Trent. Damen is an engineer with a dubious history of criminality and poor reputation as an idle worker. He was once linked to an incident with the governor's fifteen year old daughter but she refused to testify and no charges were ever brought.

David Rodnig

(Commander, Security Forces)

A commander in the Security Forces. He arrived late to the battle of Havers Compound, sent as an afterthought rather than part of the original Beacon Attack Force.

Eric Ruffle

Major Eric Ruffle helped evacuate Security Forces from the Mekinet News building.

Gail Thompson

(Admiral, Central Command)

A formidable woman who had a long and chequered business career before becoming the Admiral of Central Command. She has been largely successful in her role and has spread a degree of fear throughout the organisation. Most soldiers avoid her. The commanders have to report to her but they know to tread carefully and hold their tongue.

(Major, Central Command)

Geoff Bennet is a member of Rachel Henson's unit. He travels in her Croc during the Battle of Havers Compound.

Henry Mason is a member of Rachel Henson's unit. He travels in her Croc during the Battle of Havers Compound.

Henry Willow

(The Admiral's Special Trade Envoy)

Henry is a diplomat with aspirations to climb to ladders of power and influence. He appointed himself Special Trade Envoy to Admiral Gail Thompson in the hope of creating a new position for himself and using it to gain power and status.

Sir Isaac Thurman

(Chief anti-terrorist officer, Central Command)

Sir Isaac Thurman runs the anti-terrorist unit at Central Command. His role covers the monitoring and risk management of a number of organisations including the Kamari.

The youngest son of Roy Helleron. A military specialist and member of the Kamari.

Jacob Helleron

The youngest son of Roy Helleron. A military specialist, strategist and member of the Kamari. Jacob spent eight years training in a range of martial arts before joining his father's side in the Kamari strategy unit.

A commander in the Security Forces. He is based at Central Command in Cinnamon City.

Lisa Henson is the six year old daughter of Rachel Henson and Nick Chambers.

Marko Tenik is a member of Nick Chamber's unit. He travels in her Croc during the Battle of Havers Compound.

Michael Roneggar is a soldier in the Kamari. He was based at Havers Compound.

Nick Chambers

(Commander, Security Forces)

Nick Chambers is one of several commanders of the Security Forces. He had a golden career path for several years until he met a new recruit Rachel Henson. He became involved with her briefly and gave her a child. Though he hadn't wanted a child he tried initially to be a father to Lisa but it didn't work out. Nick's career has been sliding backwards since then though he has recently been promoted with a minor accreditation.

Paul Maison

(President of the International Governing Union)

Paul is the president of the International Governing Union. The organisation overseas matters of security that are considered to be a risk to international relationships or trade.

Rachel Henson

(Major, Security Forces)

Rachel has been involved in military operations for the Security Forces for six years. She is generally calm and performs with solid results. She is respected throughout the Security Forces. During a brief fling with Commander Nick Chambers she became pregnant. The relationship did not work out and Rachel decided to bring up the child alone. She returned to duty six months after giving birth and uses a nanny called Annie as the key guardian of the child so she can continue to work.

Riser Trent

(News hack)

Riser Trent is a news hack who is always on the lookout for a chance to make the big time. He works at Mekinet News on all the jobs that nobody else wants to do. He monitors communications links, hacks into computer systems and seeks out any and all information that can be used against its owner or its owner's opponents or business partners with the aim of providing exclusive news and furthering his own reputation. If the information obtained cannot be broadcasted due to its unsuitable or delicate nature, Riser is more than happy to extort, bribe or otherwise manipulate people with the information to further his own needs.

Rix Mulholly

(Low life)

Rix Mulholly was a low life who broke into Beacon Station to fit code breaking equipment to Edwards' communication equipment. So says Gail Thompson.

Roy Helleron

(Chief Strategist, Kamari)

Chief strategist of the Kamari. Roy is known for his calm ability to overcome obstacles and undermine enemies. He comes from a military background having worked in various capacities within the Security Forces before switching sides and joining the Kamari five years ago. He is loyal only to himself and seeks opportunity where he finds it.

Rupert Gumptor

(Guildmaster, Merchant Guild)

Guildmaster Rupert Gumptor represents the traders and stall holders of Cinnamon City. He acts as their spokesperson in all matters relating to trade, taxation, economics and politics. He occasionally speaks for the other Guilds also, if they have common grievances to raise against Central Command.

Timothy Raisson

(Assassin and industrial spy)

Raisson considers himself a gentleman. He wears the finest clothes and has been brought up with impeccable manners. He also kills people on request. He has a reputation for subtlety and high fees. Nobody knows what he looks like and that's the way he intends to keep it.
